If you select India Post Parcel Services then, No Refund on damage of products ( however all packings will be done safely ) . No Refund if customer don’t follow custom rules of any country. custom duty must be paid by customers only .If customer wants to replace the product after delivery, all shipping costs will be paid by customer only . it may take 20 or 30 days for replacement .If package lost in transits , the amount will be refunded as per rule of shipping company i.e. India Post. Shipping / Handling charges & Transaction fees will not be refunded .
